- Increased production from 4 units/week to 12 units.
- Controlling the purchase and supply of all procured items & services. Negotiating price and terms of products with suppliers. Benchmarking performance of the Supply Chain. Establishing terms, pricing, quality requirements, delivery, and contracts.
- Set up “Centre of Excellence” – Daily meetings to follow project issues and production concerns.
- Daily shop floor “Go and See” activities to confirm meeting actions and project development.
- Overseeing design and development of products.
- Managed bid management process from client contact through to award.
- Developed the departmental functions through training, recruiting and mentoring.
- Developed and implemented strategic direction for business growth.
- Managed 5 industrial divisions achieving growth in all areas – Mobile, Marine, Mining, Modules and Service.
- Opened and managed new subsidiary offices in Melbourne, Beijing and Ottawa.
