Personal information is also collected during programme registration for CMI, ILM, CQI qualifications, and in-house management programmes.

Your personal information is used for identification and registration purposes to support quality assurance and ensure the best possible learning experience. We may share your information with partner organisations such as Chartered Management Institute, Institute of Leadership and Management and Chartered Quality Institute that are supportive of our aims and objectives.
When you provide your details, you will be asked if you give consent for your information to be shared. You can change your mind at any time by contacting us in writing at the above address.
We keep your data secure and have controls in place to protect information being inappropriately used. We work to ensure that your data is correct, we do not keep it any longer than is necessary and we recognise your rights in respect of your data.

We may pass your information to our partner organisations if you have consented. We do not share any personal information unless we have received your explicit permission to do so.
