This course develops the key skills you need to advance your career.

This highly interactive and engaging course has been developed to an international qualification to develop the skills you need to tackle the diverse challenges on a day to day basis.

The course will deliver the knowledge that helps develop key skills required of a manager, including:

  • Provide tools to assess team and organisational culture
  • Offer the opportunity to apply a range of emotionally intelligent leadership styles

  • Address techniques generating and analysing suitable courses of action
  • Enable the creation and implementation of a SMART change management plan

The course is delivered Face to Face, In-House or through a Virtual Learning Environment and features a range of resources, including:

  • Online discussion board with other learners.

Our CMI qualification comes with three different certifications:

  • Award is the shortest and most concise qualification - this requires completing at least one assignment to a minimum of 40 TUT* hours.
  • Certificate provides a broad base of knowledge and skills - this requires completing any combination of units to a minimum of 121 TUT* hours.
  • Diploma provides a comprehensive and extensive programme of learning - this requires completing any combination of units to a minimum of 370 TUT* hours. 

*TUT equals Total Unit Time.

Tutor support is given for 12 months after completing the course.
