Tim specialises in organisational development in a broad range of environments.
In 2015 he achieved status as a Fellow of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), specialising in Organisational Change.
Tim has trained upwards of 300 individuals in lean, six sigma, root cause analysis and associated improvement methods.
Further to training Lean and Six Sigma, Tim has implemented change management and improvement programmes using recognised frameworks such as the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), Supply Chains for the 21st Century (SC21), Supply Chain Relationships in Action, along with corporate programmes such as Rolls-Royce’s High Performance Culture (HPC).
