How do I choose the right level?
Match the level to your current scope: Level 3 for first-line leadership, Level 5 for operational/departmental leadership, and Level 7 for senior/strategic leadership. If you’re between levels, we’ll help you confirm the best fit on a short call.

How are programmes assessed?
Through practical, work-based assignments—no exams. You apply tools to your real context and gather evidence as you go, with tutor guidance at each stage.

What time commitment should I expect?
Award is the shortest option focusing on one unit. Certificate covers two or three units for a rounded toolkit. Diploma is the comprehensive route for maximum impact. We’ll agree a realistic plan at enrolment.

Can this help me become a Chartered Manager (CMgr)?
Yes. Levels 5 and 7 are strong routes to CMgr. We’ll support your evidence and application after completion.
