The Heart Behind Coaching for Change

At the core of our work is the belief that people — not processes, products, or strategies — are the real drivers of lasting change. This belief comes from our founder, Grant Bowman, whose career journey has been shaped by a deep fascination with human behaviour and leadership potential.

Grant began in the corporate world, following the path expected of him, but it was leading entrepreneurial businesses that revealed his true passion: unlocking the potential of individuals and teams. The greatest reward for him has never been profit or prestige, but seeing people grow, gain confidence, and go on to achieve extraordinary things.
